Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:
We understand it can be a bit of a challenge shopping online for something you typically smell in store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All items must be in new and unused condition. Although not all item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable such as custom or personalized items. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Damaged item? We package our candles with care, but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. If you received a defective or damaged candle and you aren't able to use or enjoyed please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
